Every faith that must grow strong has a price to pay. The price is to prove if you truly believe God or how much you believe Him. When your faith is unable to pass the test of trials, it's a sign that it is weak. Being strong in faith has a cost but it's reward far outweighs the cost. Taking responsibility for building yourself in your faith is one of the greatest price every of God's children must pay.
It's not enough to say I believe God, the Bible declares in James 2:19- "You believe that there is one God. That’s fine! Even the demons believe that and tremble with fear." Did you see that? Even the demons believe but what distinguishes you from them is how further you take it. Your faith will never grow if you don't take deliberate steps to build yourself in it. You should be able to access yourself from time to time to know the state of your faith.
In this period of a global pandemic outbreak, many persons are now running to the Bible they refused to read and meditate on, they are now doing all the prayers they refuse to do, this is an emergency building and it is subject to collapsing at any time. Don't wait till there is a big problem in your life before you take steps to build your faith. The price for a strong faith demands that you build your faith even before the trouble arrives.
Today's Prayer:
Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for your word today, I ask that you grant me Grace to build myself on my faith. Amen!
