Be Strengthened with Dunamis

Scripture Focus :

Ephesians 3:16

That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man.

The Glory of the Gospel is that God by His Spirit dwells in us. This is a privilege that's not given to the world but to us who are born of God in Christ. Imagine the one who created the universe dwelling in you. It means that there is no limitation to your greatness. You are not an ordinary person because the Spirit of Christ lives in you. 

Our focus scripture points out that we are strengthened with might by His Spirit in our inner man. The Greek translation for the word might is "dunamis", which means strength, power or ability. He gives us the ability when it seems we are out of strength. 

When you think you are out of ideas to the solution of the problem you are facing, remember that the Holy Spirit lives in you to be "krataioo"̄ with dunamis. Krataioo is the Greek word for strengthened which means to be made strong, to increase in strength and to grow strong. Tell yourself, I cannot lack strength because the Dunamis of God is at work in me. Hallelujah!

TODAY'S PRAYER:

Dear Heavenly Father, thank you because you dwell in my by your Spirit to make me increase in strength at all times. Thank you for the riches of your Glory which produces this great virtue in us in the name of Jesus Christ.
