Keys to rekindling your spiritual fire

 Scripture Focus :

James 4:12

Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.

There will be moments when the temperature of God's fire in you drops somewhat, either as a result of being swept away by life's demands or the entanglements of this life. You'll need to take action to rekindle the fire at this stage. Many people realized this and did nothing about it until they couldn't have their normal encounters with the Lord any longer.

 The first step in reigniting God's fire in you is to unravel yourself from the things that easily distract you or the habits that prevent you from making time for Him. You have to realize that running after the cares of this world isn't your primary goal in life. God has called you to be an earthly ambassador for the kingdom of God. You must keep  the kingdom in mind at all times because it is necessary.

 Another important factor is that you devote yourself to the Lord. Make a quiet space where you can spend quality time with the Holy Spirit before He takes control of your life. Engage the word of God by meditating on it when in the position of separation. As you meditate on the word, it begins to penetrate every fiber of your being, rekindling your passion for the Lord. Hallelujah !

Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for your word today, I ask that you seperate me from everything thing trying to hinder me from you in the name of Jesus Christ.
