The Holy Spirit & FIRE

Scripture Focus :

Matthew 3:11

I baptize you with water for repentance. But after me comes one who is more powerful than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.

Jesus Christ didn't come to save sinners alone but to baptize with the Holy Ghost & fire. If you are a Christian, born of God, a child of the kingdom of God, then you must be baptised with the Holy Ghost and with fire. Our focus today is on the fire that the Holy Ghost brings. When a person is baptised with the Holy Ghost, the end result is the coming on of fire! 

St. John the baptise laid emphases on this, making those who He was baptizing to understand that the greater baptizing isn't about water but about the Holy Ghost and fire. To everyone born of God, water baptism is a symbol of alignment with the death and ressurrection of Christ while the baptism of fire is brings into our reality realm, what took place in the water. 

Without the fire baptism of the Holy Ghost, you cannot  have a true experience of the reality of ressurrection. Nothing reveals the reality of resurrection like the baptism of the Holy Ghost fire. After Peter what baptised, He instantly gained boldness to witness for Christ without a second thought of the repercussions. I want you to ask the Lord today for a genuine encounter with the fire of the Holy Ghost.

TODAY'S PRAYER:

Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for your Grace, I ask today that you baptize me with your fire through your Son in the name of Jesus Christ.

PROPHETIC RELEASE:

In the name of Jesus, I decree whatever God has ordained for you begin to look for you now!
