The Power of a transformed life

Scripture Focus :

Romans 12:2

And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Our focus scripture is a popular scripture that I know you have come across several times but I want to redirect your mind to something you probably have not taken note of which I believe will bless you. It began by saying we should not be conformed to this world and the word conform there means to fashion one's self according to another's pattern. This means you should not fashion yourself according to the pattern of this world. The reason is because you belong to Christ! 

Then it went ahead to say that instead of conforming to this world be transformed( to change into another form) by what means? The means of renewing( renovation, complete change for the better) of your mind. For what purpose? So that you will be able to prove( to recognise as genuine after examination) what is good and acceptable, & perfect will of God. This means that until you are transformed, you may not be able to prove what is the perfect will of God. 

The Question here is what are we transformed into since transformation means change to another form. That form is Christ! As we continue to renew our minds by the word and the Spirit of God, our inward man begins to develop, our spiritual senses begins to grow into maturity that we get to the point where we are rooted and grounded in love and at this point able to prove God's perfect will in any sitaution. Hallelujah!

Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for your word, I stay committed to renewing my mind through your word that I will be able to prove your perfect will form my life in Jesus name!
