Rescue From the traps of the enemies

Scripture Focus :

Psalms 25:15

My eyes are always on the LORD, for he rescues me from the traps of my enemies.

Satan works in deceitful ways, this is his core medium which he uses to propel his traps against the child of God. Let's take the case of Adam and Eve who listened to Him because he told them they would look like God after they eat the forbidden fruit. The thing is this, He hasn't change! He still uses the same old methods in diverse ways. 

For example, He shows you how much pleasure you will be missing out for not doing what you know will destroy you. He will make it so common that you begin to look less on the thing you turned away from by the fear of God. These are His traps. He works through your mind and emotions to lead you into the pit he has prepared. In all this we are more than a conqueror because the Love of God towards us is ultimate. 

Our focus scripture gives us a clue on how to escape the traps of the enemies and that is, always keeping your eyes on the Lord. This is referring to the eyes of your heart. Let it be on the faithfulness, love & Grace of God. It doesn't matter the trap by the enemy, your eyes on the Lord will rescue you out. You may be clueless about what He is up to, but when your eyes is fixed on the Lord, His machinations will be revealed.

TODAY'S PRAYER:

Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for all that you are to me, I will keep my eyes on you no matter what the enemy has placed on my way because you are my deliverance in Jesus name!
