Ability to stand against the schemes the devil

Scripture Focus: 

Ephesians 6:11

Put on the whole armor of God so that you may be able to stand firm against the devil’s strategies.

The victory of Jesus Christ over satan is not a yardstick for us to be ignorant of the devices or schemes of the devil, otherwise we will become victims of His tricks, hence giving him power to keep us in defeat. The death & resurrection of our Lord has clearly shown that the devil is defeated and now, our duty is to daily maintain our victorious position in Christ. 

The scripture said He has placed us far above all principalities and powers, this position indicates a higher level over all the powers of the kingdom of darkness. Now, what you need to do to stay firm in that position is seen in our focus scripture which instructs us to put on the whole armour of God. An armour is a defensive covering for protection. This armour of God keeps you in defence against every arrow of Satan. 

When you read from verses 13 to 18 you will discover these armour listened. As you walk with the Spirit of God in you, He will teach you on how to make good use of your armour. I want you to have this understanding that the enemy seeks to break your defence and if you are not conscious of your armour or making good use of it, he will break in to have his way. This will not be your Lot in Jesus name!y

TODAY'S PRAYER:

Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for placing me above all principalities and powers, thank you for the victory of Jesus Christ over satan, I ask that you help me to put on my whole amour and not give place to the schemes of Satan in Jesus name!

PROPHETIC DECLARATION:

I pray for you in the name of Jesus may you experience the divine help of God today in the name of Jesus!
