God will keep His word

Scripture Focus :

1 Kings 17: 16

The jar of flour never ran out and the bottle of oil never became empty, just as the LORD had promised through Elijah.

Nothing releases the supernatural power of God to manifest in our situations like trusting in God to keep His word. The widow of Zarephath was preparing to die after her last meal because there was no hope anymore since there has been no rain for years. Many where already gone so she wasn't the first. But when the word of the Lord came through Elijah, she believed and the word sustained her till rain came. Isn't that amazing? 

Do you want to experience God in this coming year? Stop looking at the condition of the economy, or the pandemic flying in the air, look for the word of God. While others are dropping dead, you are living by Faith in God's word. God's word has the capacity to keep you if you hold unto it for God keeps His word. Whatever comes your way in the coming year, say to yourself- I shall not be moved because I know God keeps His word. 

What if she had ignored the prophet? It would have been disobedience and God will not have been responsible for whatever happens to her. Disobedience through disbelief is the reason so many persons don't enter into God's rest. They are still not sure if God has the power to keep His word. They are still looking for someone out there that can represent God in their life. God will use channels to bless you but He wants you to know that those channels may fail but not His word. Hallelujah!!!

TODAY'S PRAYER:

Dear Heavenly Father, there is nothing like your word. Thank you for your word. I receive the Grace to stand in faith in your word in Jesus name.
