Do not faint in prayer

Scripture Focus :

Luke 18:1

And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint.

The Greek word for the word faint as used in our focus scripture is called "ekkakeō" which means to be utterly spiritless, to be wearied out, or exhausted. Our Lord Jesus was saying never be wearied out or exhausted in prayer. He said this because He knew that times will come when the pressures of life will want to force you out of the place of prayer, times when nothing seem like it working no matter how hard you try, yet He said do not faint!

The devil is a great enemy of prayer because He understands that it is the believer's power instrument to release the hand and might of God on earth. He fights prayer because He knows that through it you can bring down the glory of God upon your life. I am here to let you know today that no matter what the devil throws at you, keep runing to the place of prayer. When you read from the 2nd to 8th verse of our focus scripture, Our Christ gave a parable to prove that when you do not faint in prayer regardless of the opposition, you will arrive at a reward.

The place of prayer is a place of Grace, mercy, renewed strength, fresh direction and obtaining supernatural access. When you go to pray leave your frustration and confustion at the feet of God and He will give you Hope, Peace and a future that's bigger than all you went through. Our God is a God is compassion and His ears are forever open to the prayers of the righteous. You are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus, therefore your prayers are a sweet smell savour to Him. With this understanding, go deeper in prayers till your testimony is manifested in the earth realm. Hallelujah!!!
