The Power of Christ over your weakness
Scripture Focus :
2 Corinthians 12:9
And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
The scripture made us to understand in Romans 8:3 that what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh. The law couldn't accomplish its purpose because of the weakness of our flesh. The law was perfect and good but we couldn't fulfil its demands. Therefore Christ came to do for us what we couldn't do for ourselves.
The Power of Christ hasn't ended, it's available to do for you what you cannot do for yourself. This is the reason it says that His Grace is sufficient, meaning your weakness cannot overcome His strength. He is able to subdue your inability and give you the power to accomplish what He wants you to. In our strength, we would find limitations but in God's Grace, we exceed limits.
Don't be intimated by the demand of your destiny, future or responsibility, rather look up to Christ to receive His strength. I came to a point in my life where I saw clearly that my strength couldn't go as far as I wanted it and I began to see how much I needed the Grace of God to take me through where my strength failed. Do not abort your journey of Destiny because you feel you can't carry on anymore, look up to Christ, there is sufficient strength for you there. Hallelujah!!!
