Frustrating the gates of Hades

Scripture Focus :

Matthew 16 : 18

And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. 

When Nehemiah made a decision to build the walls of Jerusalem, Tobiah and Sanballat rose up as agents of the devil to stand against it. When Jesus Christ was born, King Herod went on mission to kill the child. Hear me child of God, whenever anything about the kingdom of God is about to be birthed on earth, the gates of Hades will be released by the forces of darkness, in a bid to stop it!  

Most of you are wondering why the fights in your life, the challenges, the attacks, let me let you know that the devil is aware of the purposes and will of God for your life that is about to manfiest. He knows that by the time you are done with that project, the will of God in heaven will surely be manifested on earth. The Greek word for the word hell is called Hades, it means the grave, death, or the realm of the dead. When our Lord Jesus said I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it, He meant that the powers of darkness will never succeed in their mission to send the church to the realm of the dead. He meant that they cannot end the Church because the Church has received eternal life. 

You have to understand that the devil uses death to come after God's plans for you. He fights the prophesy over your life, he does everything to make you give up believing God so that the purposes of God for your life won't stand. If you want to frustrate the gates of Hades, then make up your mind to be determined. No matter the fight they put up, run to God for empowerment and Grace. When you fall, rise up and enter into the throne of Grace for mercy and help. Never be tired and refuse to give up on God! Hallelujah!!!

Dear heavenly Father, thank you because you are all powerful and no one can beat your potency. I ask today that you grant unto me the Spirit of might to prevail over the agenda of the enemy against your will for my life in Jesus name!
