He came to save

John 3:17

For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.

One of the greatest misunderstanding we have in the world today is the purpose God sent His son to die on the cross. There are many that find it difficult to understand why a loving God will allow His own son go through death and call it salvation for mankind.  Some have preferred to die in condemnation than accept God's offer of Love.  Inspite of the ignorance of men, it cannot change what God has done. 

Condemnation is the result of refusing God's offer of salvation. There is no safety outdsie of the sacrifice of Jesus Christ. The world is in need of a Saviour and only God's offer can rescue her. Our focus scripture says that God didnt send His son into the world to condemn but to save. In other words, no matter your offence, the mission is to save you and not to point you to the offence. 

Fear has confused  men that they only see God's offer of salvation as a sentence in disguise. God did not send Jesus Christ to describe how unholy you are but to make you as Holy as He is. Stop getting intimidated when He calls you to come closer to Him.He knows exactly who you are and wants to make you even a better person. Reject fear and receive the love of God today. Hallelujah!!!

Dear heavenly Father, thank you for your Grace, I receive the offer of your son to save us from sin and death in Jesus name.
